The Roe Jan is a 64,627 square foot solid and architecturally impressive former regional High School.

It affords an opportunity for commercial, corporate, institutional, educational, mixed-use or residential adaptive re-use.

Erected in 1932 in the then preferred Colonial Style, it is unique in its classic, brick, cupolaed presentation and represents with its uniform high ceilings, retro-fitted energy efficient windows, terrazzo floors, spacious hallways and staircases the basis for a commodious facility.

Although it will require a creative re-use plan and updating, it is being offered at 10% of replacement cost and includes large free-span auditoritoria, gymnasia and theatres.

It also affords a 10,000 square foot ancillary structure.
